Anyhow my new nickname appears ; Gaigai. It's my business page name in facebook : Gaigai Queen. If you know me, I am a full time 微商. Well, back to topic! I want braces since I was 14 but I don't have the gut to do it. Besides, it's quite pricey for a student like me at that time. My friends and family said they love my bunny teeth but still I wannnn a straight and neat teeth* So here is the before picture

On the 4th of August, I stepped out of my comfort zone and decided to bond up. Actually, I did the consultation on April but I kept delaying because I wanna enjoy my foods during Raya trip. Due to the horror stories from my friends who did braces, I am sooooo afraid of the extraction part! Well , no good news for me, I have to extract either my wisdom tooth or four premolars tooth. I went to whitesmile clinic at Times Square and decided to bond up after the appointment with Dr.Reuben. He is really the best orthodontist from the his experienced and skills. He only took 20minutes to bond up my teeth and it was painless. Extraction will only be done after two adjustments. So let me present to you the one month effect:

First month EFFECT. I am so impressed!

FIRST STAGE: CONSULTATION & BONDING

Pain tolerance

To be honest it's quite suffer during the 1st week. I will rate it 6/10.I could barely eat anything after the first bond up. However, the pain is tolerable. The following adjustment is fine, I ate almost everything including ikan bilis, peanut, apple. Not really a problem for me thou

SECOND STAGE: WISDOM TOOTH EXTRACTION

Dr.Reuben advise me to extract my lower wisdom tooth because i have underbite which means the lower jaw is protruding. As you can see my bottom tooth wasn't U shape but straight and croocked infront. After a few adjustments, it become super straight and U shape. At the same time, my jaw looked super weird because the U shape make my jaw protrude.

My lower jaw protrude with third class underbite. I went to Dr. Wong Foot Meow and went through sedation to removed all my wisdom tooth. At first i planned to remove 2 by 2 but he advised sooner i have to extract upper wisdom tooth. Therefore i sekaligus took out all... and it's 6th day now when I am writing this blog because I cant go out at all. My cheeks swollen and bruised a lot, well if you ask me whether it's painful. I can say it's around 7/10 for the recovery process. It good to undergo sedation to avoid trauma from surgery. As I don't feel anything at all during the wisdom tooth surgery. He was recommended by many people and even dentist. A really professional surgeon i can say

So here's the xray after I extracted all my wisdom tooth. The next step is to wait for the recovery and proceed with monthly adjustment. I can't wait to fix my underbite
