Gaigai My Braces Story #2 : TAD TEMPORARY ANCHORED DEVICES @ WHITESMILE CLINIC

HELLO! IT'S ALREADY DECEMBER

After the wisdom teeth removal, I went to Whitesmile to have my TAD done. There are not much articles or feedback about TAD *Temporary Anchored Device* so I'm going to blog about it.

THIRD STAGE: TAD
Basically its mini screw and device to adjust the allignment of your teeth. The objective is to pull back my lower jaw and fix my underbite. So I had two screws in my mouth since April which is almost 9 months now! It was quite a scary experience for me and I think I would rate the pain level around 6/10. The process took me around half an hour and the idea of putting in screw really scared me off. Buttt *tadaaaa* here's the result

I took picture at week 2 and i was so impressed with the result! Say BYE BYE to ugly jaw!

BEFORE TAD, I hardly chew any foods and I was so embrassed

And I just got another news, Dr Reuben said i will need another TWO (2) TADS for my upper jaw
So I salute those who went through braces to get a perfect smile
I knew it will be worth it in the end , so I will update again when I remove my braces *estimate around April/May 2019

Signing out,
Joyin (GAIGAI)

I will update the process in my blog
